Q. Can I access my equipment contract or lease account information or make my payment online?

A. To access your equipment contract or lease account information online, please select the My Account > Equipment Contract and Lease Account link from the menu and follow the "First Time User?" instructions for registration. Once you have completed registration for the site you may log in and access your account information at any time.

 

For information about payment methods, please select the How to make a payment link shown below.  On-line payment options are expected to be available by Fall 2011.

Q. How can I determine how much principal and interest I have paid on my loan with CNH Capital?

A.  CNH Capital provides annual interest statements based on all loan payments made during the calendar year.  A statement of account with detail by payment is available on-line, or from a Customer Service representative at 1-877-222-7217.  This type of information is not available for lease contract payments.

 

Q. How can I obtain a payoff on my Lease or Loan Contract with CNH Capital?

A. For Lease Contracts, please contact your selling dealer to initiate the payout request.

A. For Loans, payoffs are available on-line, or through our Customer Service interactive telephone menus at 1-877-222-7217, or you may choose to speak to one of our representatives at the same toll-free number.

 

Q. Does CNH Capital accept credit cards as a payment option for equipment contract or lease accounts?

A. No, CNH Capital does not accept credit cards as a payment option for equipment contracts or lease accounts.

 

Q. Can I drop my payment off at the dealership where I bought my equipment?

A. CNH Capital advises our customers to make their payments directly to us using one of the payment methods we have available. Please note:  Taking your payment to the dealership will not expedite the posting of your payment.  Payments are posted the day they are received by CNH Capital.

 

Q. What type of billing options does CNH Capital offer?

A. CNH Capital offers the following billing options:

Q. How can I get my account set-up on an automatic payment plan?

A. CNH Capital will need a signed authorization form along with one of the following:

 

·      Original or copy of a voided cheque if using a chequing account

·      Letter from the financial institution on their letter head stating the routing number and account number if using a savings account

 

To obtain an authorization form please call Customer Service at 1-877-222-7217.

 

Q. How long does it take to receive my Paid in Full documentation once my account has been paid off?

A. If certified funds are received, the paid in full documents can be released immediately upon request.  Bank wires and certified bank cheques are examples of certified funds.

 

If non-certified funds are received, the paid in full documents will be released approximately 25-30 days after the receipt of the final payment.  Personal and business cheques are examples of non-certified funds.

 

Q. Why is there still a lien on my equipment even though my account is paid in full?

A. CNH Capital files all liens for the full term of your contract. When paid-in-full documents are produced for you, CNH Capital routinely will release the PPSA at the same time.  Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-222-7217 if you have any questions.
